Affirmations are positive statements that can help you feel more confident, positive, and in control of your life. They can help you:

Reduce stress: Affirmations can help you feel more resilient and decrease stress levels.

Improve self-esteem: Affirmations can help you feel more confident and boost your self-esteem.

Hurricane Milton Update: My office felt some effects and working remote until I’m settled again. Making our way through Hurricane Milton, everyone feels a little out of sorts. Some with no power, gas, and coping with the damage can feel overwhelming. We count the good we can in the day… until we can get back to what feels “normal.” Stay safe. ❤️‍🩹
