More than 20 Years ago Danielle walked into Hot Yoga Auburn and took her first class with Linda!
Fun fact: we have a few other students here at ESHY that also have practiced with Danielle up in MA!!
We couldn't be happier to welcome her to ESHY for the very first time! 👏👏

Danielle teaches Original Hot Yoga with heart, humor, and a supportive push when you’re ready for it. She discovered hot yoga as a student at Hot Yoga Auburn (MA) in 2005 and completed her teacher training in Palm Desert, California in 2009. Danielle believes that in yoga, progress beats perfection every time, and that trying the right way is how real change happens. Danielle lives for the small wins: figuring out your breath, finding stillness, holding a pose a few seconds longer, or simply showing up on the hard days—and she’ll cheer you on the whole way. When she’s not in the hot room, she’s a self-employed graphic designer and a mom of two kids who swear she loves her 100 (and counting) plants just a little more than them.
