Event Information:
Dress comfortably - some wear pajamas.
Doors close at 7:25pm so please be early.
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye pillow are provided.
Give yourself some extra time if this is your first visit to Shift Studio.

Tickets are transferable to another person for the same event. Cancellations 48 hours before the event will be refunded only if your space is filled.

Just as Virgo season marks the closing third of summer as the weather shifts and changes, we are called to stand in who we are, what we stand for, and our values. We are called to nurture and nourish ourselves with good thoughts and good foods.

Everything is always shifting and with a strong base we can more easily go with the flow 🌿♍️✨

My client once told me she looks for hearts wherever she goes. I’ve taken this ritual on too. If we’re spoken to through signs and symbols, I’ll take this as one. The signs are there if you are open to seeing them 💚
