This 2 year old male German Shepard was hit by a car on the 101 in Thousand Oaks. Our veterinarian just happened to be driving by and spotted him laying next to the fast lane. He was able to get him in his car and bring him here. He is microchipped but the owner does not want him. He has a fractured hip and a broken ulna. If anyone would like to donate to his surgery we would be eternally grateful. 🫶🏻
