I am a mom to my 5 year old son, Luca, and a baby girl on the way this summer ๐. Iโm 35 โบ๏ธ Years old and have been in the industry helping all types of clients lose weight, learn about nutrition and what fits their lifestyle for over 10 years. โฃ

What does ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ mean? Well, it meanโs what we do for weight loss needs to be ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐! Meaning it actually works and most importantly doesnโt kill us when trying to reach those goals. We donโt need a basic chicken and broccoli meal plan and a 7 days a week workout and cardio structure. You and I both know, weโll never stick to that forever.โฃ
๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ, means we need to learn to manage our time efficiently and have things structured in a timely manner. Not cooking hours a day and working out hours a day. โฃ

As mom, whether working or stay at home, we are busy! We donโt have time to be cooking intricate meals or boring meals we canโt see ourselves eating with out family or for the next 10 years down the road and same thing with workouts. A workout schedule that is 2-4 days a week is good enough. As I said, โeffective and efficientโ, that is key ๐.โฃ
