January hit my family with sickness and I know we are not alone. With everything happening right now, locally and nationally, I can feel how overwhelmed so many nervous systems are. Including my own. 🥺

Because of that, I’m opening up with what I have.

Shoulder pain isn’t always coming from the shoulder. Sometimes it’s compensation, rotation, overuse, stress, or old patterns your body has been holding onto for years without realizing it.

This client came in with:
•right shoulder pain
•deltoid & bicep discomfort
•tension in infraspinatus and teres minor
•forward rotation in shoulder and hip

I’m not a functional movement therapist but I am someone who pays attention to the whole body, not just the pain.

One session made a visible difference…and we are just getting started.

When the holidays roll around, I always think about where I started…
and it definitely wasn’t in an office.

I started at local markets, selling handmade lotions, shower steamers, magnesium sprays, and offering $1/min massages just to get my name out there.
I took a risk on myself, packed up my table, and showed up weekend after weekend with a dream and my own two hands.

Those early days shaped everything I have now, the clients I serve, the space I work in, the business I built from scratch.
