This is so much fun to dance and hoop on the beach to some fun tunes. A gentle form of self care and exercise! Great for mental, emotional, spiritual and physical healing and support. Stay tuned for the next one! 🙏

Amazing July full “buck” moon reiki and yoga energy circle! 17 beautiful ladies came out to celebrate the light that shines in each of us! Thank you to for leading g everyone in some “moon” poses! It was lovely!
Half of these ladies have become my friends, half had never been to my studio before and saw the invitation either here or on meet up and came out to meet new people and enjoy the evening together.
Coming out of my comfort zone is one of the reasons I started the moon circles and to be able to spread positivity and love to the community is what it’s all about! I’d love to have you join me next month on August 8th at 6pm for the full “sturgeon” moon. 🙏🌝💛

The 3rd annual Ventura Women’s Conference is in the works! Save the date! Saturday, October 11th.

I’m excitedly planning a fun filled, informative day for us to share. I’ve got a great speaker line up for our beautiful new venue

The day includes a catered breakfast and lunch, goody bags and raffle prizes, activities, networking and more! All proceeds benefit

Please join me Sunday at noon for a gentle one hour reiki workshop
A great way to learn about reiki and the club! Everyone gets a healing crystal and a little hands on reiki.
$25 members/$40 non-members.
All are welcome! Let the service desk know you are there for Shannon’s workshop and they’ll get you set up with a quick waiver and show you the way to the group x room. I hope to see you Sunday for a casual and friendly workshop.
