Join us as we dive into the depths of our being to discover ways to heal. This is a 3-day immersion at Ayla Wellness, March 15-17th.

Our facilitator, Harriet McMahon PhD, is an elder medicine woman grounded in the Andean transitions as well as other cultures of Shamanism. Harriet will teach us ways to move through life a little easier. We will learn the ways of the Shaman, releasing trauma and transforming destructive patterns and wounds into personal power and compassion. You will begin to renew your relationship with nature by embracing the principle of reciprocity and to create a life of harmony and beauty.
