"Where should I get filler first?" is the wrong question. The right one: where does your face need balance? Comment CONSULT for our booking link 🤍

The reason your filler doesn't look right? It's probably not the filler. Facial balancing is the difference between "she got work done" and "she just looks great." Comment BALANCE for our consult link 🤍

Melasma, PIH, or sunspots? They're not the same — and treating them wrong can make pigmentation worse. Part 2 dropping next week with my go-to treatments for melasma.

I recently demoed a new AI aesthetic simulation tool—and I had very mixed feelings.

The main purpose of this system is to simulate what different treatments could look like on your face… and I’ll be honest, that part is really impressive.

It’s not giving you some unrealistic, filtered, AI fantasy version of yourself.
It’s showing subtle, more clinically accurate changes based on real treatments—and that’s something our industry has needed for a long time.

So because of that, I decided to sign up and test it out to potentially offer to you guys.

But then… I started getting the follow-up messaging.

And I didn’t love it.

It leans a little too far into fear-based territory for me—like “this is what’s going to happen if you don’t do anything.”
And that’s just not how I approach aesthetics.

Yes—there are absolutely ways to address aging.
That’s literally what I do.

But it should come from a place of choice, education, and intention… not fear or urgency.

So here’s where we’re at:

We’re already committed to having access to this for the next month, and we’ll likely start offering it next week as a trial.

If you’re curious, I’d love for you to try it—
but with the understanding that we don’t have full control over the messaging you may receive after.

Take it with a grain of salt.

What I care about—and what I think this tool does well—is helping you visualize realistic treatment outcomes.
Not scare you into doing something.

We’re going to feel this out together and see how it lands.
And if it doesn’t align with our values, it won’t stick around.

As always—my goal is to help you feel like yourself, just a little more refreshed and confident 🤍

lately i’ve been thinking about glimmers ✨

(i first learned about this from my nervous system coach, )

the opposite of a trigger —
small, positive moments that shift your mood in the best way

nothing big. nothing dramatic. just little resets throughout your day

Yesterday mine were:
seeing some of my favorite patients
cutting fresh roses outside the office
and snuggling my baby girl when i got home

pay attention to yours… they matter more than you think

We’re currently upgrading our systems to better serve you ✨

Online booking may be intermittently unavailable this week while we finalize the transition. We’re working through a few last-minute hiccups with how appointments transferred over from our previous system (tech keeping us humble 🙃), but everything on our end is running normally.

If anything looks off, you have questions, or you need help booking, please text us anytime—we are here and happy to help.

If you’re an existing patient, thank you for your continued trust as we work through this 🤍
If you’re new here, please accept my sincere apologies—this is not our normal, and we can’t wait to show you the experience we’re known for.

Not every elevated brow is a “Spock brow” 👀

At 5 days post-Botox, I’m seeing a slight asymmetry — this can still settle as the frontalis continues to relax.

A true Spock brow happens when the medial frontalis is treated and drops, while the lateral brow remains unopposed, creating that exaggerated arch.

In my case, there’s no medial drop — just a bit more lateral lift on one side.

Some love this look… I personally prefer balance.

Now we wait… or we tweak 💉

03/21/2026

When your mentalis is… halfway retired 😅

AKA the phase where tox is kicking in, but the muscle hasn’t fully let go yet.

So yes — things can look a little… uneven for a few days.
Especially in expressive areas like the chin.

This is normal. Temporary. And part of the process.

Give it a full 2–3 weeks to settle before you judge your results ✨

And if something still feels a little off after that?
Sometimes a small dose adjustment is all it takes to perfect the result.

You’re not stuck like this — just in the in-between.

Acne along your temples, hairline, or the sides of your cheeks? Read this 👇

This is the part no one wants to hear… because it’s not a magic product or treatment.

It’s the unsexy stuff.

The biggest culprits I see in these areas:
• hair products (conditioner, oils, styling creams)
• your phone
• your pillowcase (huge one)

All of that buildup sits right where you’re breaking out — over and over again.

Simple things that actually help:
→ rinse your hairline + temples really well in the shower
→ keep hair products off your skin as much as possible
→ clean your phone regularly
→ change your pillowcase more often than you think you need to

Is this always the cause? No.

But I can’t tell you how often these small habits are the reason acne won’t fully clear.

Not sexy… but very effective ✨

Kybella, but make it honest:

Day 0: snatched
Day 1: questionable life choices
Day 6: back to baseline

Now we wait 8–12 weeks for the real results 👀

Everyone always asks what Sofwave feels like… so I tell patients to raise their hand when they feel the pulse.

In this case, we kept increasing the settings trying to get a reaction… and she still didn’t flinch. 😅

To be fair — Sofwave can definitely get a little spicy in certain spots, usually when we’re treating over areas with bone and not much soft tissue (think forehead or sometimes the cheekbones).

But the vast majority of patients describe the treatment as intermittently uncomfortable at its worst, not painful.

Two things that make a big difference:
❄️ Zimmer cooling — aka your comfort cooling bestie
⚙️ Customized settings based on the patient and treatment area

All while delivering ultrasound energy that stimulates collagen and helps tighten and lift over time.

Kybella has had a bit of a reputation problem over the years.

A lot of that comes down to how it’s performed.

Traditionally, Kybella is injected with multiple needle sticks across the treatment area. In this case, I’m using ultrasound guidance and a cannula technique, which allows me to visualize the tissue and place the product more precisely.

More control.
Better visualization.
A more advanced approach.

So yes… we’re giving Kybella another chance.

Thank you to our favorite for the inspo!! ❤️❤️❤️
