🔥 My Take on PDGF (as of October 6, 2025)
PDGF is trending hard in aesthetics—but here’s the truth: while it’s one of the body’s natural healing signals, the versions being marketed now are lab-made from human bone grafts, not your own platelets.

Right now, the FDA and state medical and nursing boards are advising against injecting PDGF due to limited research on safety and efficacy. Topical use may be fine, though studies are still catching up.

I’m all for innovation—but I’m even more for science and patient safety. This is my current stance as of October 6, 2025, and I’ll update it as new evidence emerges.
