Veterans Day is an Important Day to Honor our Veterans. On November 11th, we celebrated the amazing sacrifices made by our American Heroes. This holiday means so much to me and is one of the reasons I decided to become a hypnotherapist.

Hypnotherapy is so helpful for issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and physical pain. And it is my goal and mission to help our Veterans to overcome these challenges and find their way back to living a normal, happy life.

Wars and unrest around the world, and closer to home, obesity, diabetes, unemployment, bullying, and violence capture our attention. In our practice we want to focus on the positive. We want to assist you in recognizing the blessings in your life, and help you enhance them. Everyone has issues which may include stress, weight, drama, and trauma in their lives. We want to help you handle and manage those situations in a successful way today, and in the future. Therefore, we specialize in programs like PTSD - including Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, and Fear - as well as Weight Management, Disease Management (such as Diabetes), and Smoking Cessation.
