Essential oils can beautifully help support your immune system! Here is a simple recipe blend you can use in your diffuser.

Mix 2 drops each of Lemon, Peppermint and Eucalyptus with 1 drop each of Rosemary, Lime and Clove.
Place in diffuser and relax!

The Sagittarius Full Moon on June 17th is both fiery and dreamy. One one hand, it is going to be reminding us of the fire within so we can find our confidence to be true to ourselves. On the other, it is also going to be helping us raise our level of consciousness, and explore our intuition and dreams with greater ease.
On top of all of that, seeing as this is the last Full Moon before Eclipse Season begins, this energy is also going to be preparing and giving us clues as to what needs to be released, resolved, and cleared from our lives in order for us to continue on our journey.
