WHO DO I SERVE? I serve individuals who are re-dedicating themselves to their lives. I support women in the areas of stress management, Mindfulness, meditation, self care, relationships and transitions. Whatever your current circumstances, I can guide you into action. You will acquire new skills and resources which will help you navigate your life with passion, joy and confidence. The focus of my private practice is to liberate you from your unique self limiting beliefs and/or dogma. The deliberate process of becoming "unstuck" will guide you moving forward in the direction of your intention. My style of coaching challenges the comfort zone while providing a safe, non-judgmental environment. After just one session you are able to see yourself and your goal(s) with more clarity and momentum towards achieving those goals. The process I use is successful because it establishes and maintains contact with you, the client. By maintaining our contact we create (kind) accountability and support. Wherein you create new and healthy habits, while moving forward in a positive way. Once you create time for yourself the magic of momentum and accountability take over. Before long you you'll be doing this solo and with ease. The first step is making the decision to make that time.

Dear Ventura Friends,

I'm starting a local sangha here in town. I'm not sure where yet. I'm still looking. I did want to send up a flare to see who is interested, even potentially and get a contact list started.

The group will have no requirements except kindness and respect fo self and others. It will include meditation teqniques, practice, dharma teachings and integration exersizes. (Intigration exercises will help to incorproate meditation into their lives in a more organic and pratical manner).

So, I don't brag on my kiddo much, but this is not only about him but the entire drama dept at Buena High.

This production was hands down the best high school production I've ever seen/heard. It's a musical with dancing and singing. This was a professional quality of performance! The choreography the dancing itself, the numbers, the VOICES on these young people!!! They even used their mics perfectly. AND it's a comedy! These guys have spot on comedic timing on top of all the rest.

I can't recommend this show enough. It's the best $12.00 you'll ever spend in Ventura on entertainment. The cast, the crew... the directors, KRod and the new drama teacher, who's name I can't remember right now. Stunning...!

Interestingly, if we can keep looking deeper and deeper into anything that we think of as substance, what we really find is form and process.

I'm beginning to think that's all there is, form and process. No material anything. And, that perhaps even that can be broken down into energy and communication/information.

Life is so strange.

I received my training and Certification in Life and Business Coaching from Inner Life Skills, an international training center. I also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Florida State University.
