🍂 Samhain: The Original Halloween 👻

Long before costumes and candy, there was Samhain, an ancient Celtic festival that marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter. 🌾❄️

Celebrated from the evening of October 31st through November 1st, it was believed to be a time when the veil between the living and the spirit world was at its thinnest. 🔥

Spirits could pass through, and bonfires were lit to protect the living and guide the souls of the dead. 🕯️✨

Samhain was a sacred time to honor ancestors, connect with the spirit realm, and welcome the darker half of the year. It was a moment of deep reflection and renewal. 🍁

Today, many still celebrate Samhain as a time of remembrance, magic, and spiritual connection. 🖤
