As she has grown in her art she has become focused on a healing aproach of inner health and outer improvement without causing inflammation to the skin. Erika continues to study Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Essential oils.

Try this If you experience allergies.
Blue Tansy has antihistamine qualities to it as well as a respiratory relaxant. Matching this with the Large Intestine 20 point (LI-20) which helps with sinusitis and allergies is a match made in heaven.

Isn’t it exciting to know you have the power in your hands to help support yourself through your aches, pains and migraines? Create more clarity, freedom and calm in your life!

This technique was originally created to bring the option for patients to treat themselves at home. This technique was also originally created due to the amount of Vietnam soldiers who were addicted to pain medication. This offered them another solution to manage their body pain.

Face reflexology goes so much beyond that too. Very helpful in creating positive mental shifts and motivation by directly working with your nervous system, automated nervous system and brainwaves.

I will be offering different online classes so that you can learn different techniques for your personal self care.
