In my world, it’s never about doing more. It’s about eliminating or doing less of what doesn’t matter and focusing more/optimizing what DOES. It’s actually about doing less. And, this looks entirely different from woman to woman. You might be a stay at home mom, or mom that works from home, who is navigating sensory overload, all the while having to ‘figure out’ what healthy meal she will make for dinner for her family and fussy kids. Or maybe, you work away from home, and you don’t feel like you have the time to ‘eat healthier’ meals, workout or have time to yourself to decompress, so afternoon snacking becomes your therapy. Or maybe, you hate to cook and you leave meals up to your guy, but he doesn’t necessarily eat the ‘best’, so now what?

This is the work I do with my clients. We create habits that support YOU, not the generalized population. If it’s not fundamentally aligned to you and your lifestyle, it’s just a bad aid and we know it, because we and up back where we started more often than not.

I have clients that check each of these boxes and every one of them is releasing weight THEIR way. So that, they can enjoy date night, slip on that sexy red dress that hadn’t fit for years, enjoy the bread, the glass of wine, and never worry about another start over on Monday.

Enough’s enough and then it’s like “squirrel!”👀.

The weight-loss industry loves to sell us and keep us hooked like addicts in the diet doom loop. There’s so much money to be made here, it’s a multi billion dollar industry. And, as a consumer, the FOMO can feel real.

Whether it’s another $99 supplement that does nothing. An injectable that makes it easier. A macro friendly recipe that promises weight loss. A 7-day detox you can’t survive. A meal plan that makes you miserable but “guarantees” results. A wearable that tracks every calorie/hour slept, or move made like your self-worth depends on it.

After decades of struggling to release those last 10 lbs, white knuckling to maintain and keep it off, 10’s of thousands on supplements, doctors, holistic practitioners, therapy, reiki, etc. I realized I didn’t need any of it. The truth is, most women don’t need any of it either. For decades, people survived without these recipes, devices, supps and bio hacks.

Choosing simplicity is our super power. Sleep. Stress management. Real food. God’s foods over man’s foods. Plant the garden. Choose regular movement. Life Goals.

Choose a SLIM identity not from fear scarcity, doubt, shame, but from self respect, love, excitement and peace and playfulness.

Do you ever fluff🍦? Make pro-yo, shakes or nice cream? Most recipes call for protein powder, but did you know you can make the same recipes WITHOUT the protein powder if you wish? I get a super fluffy, frosty consistency ice cream dupe without the high calories and sugar by simply blending:

•1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
•1 TB coconut sugar or granular sugar free sweetener
•4 grams of xantham gum
•stevia to taste
•pinch of sea salt
•1-2 TB of dark cocoa powder
•1 TB PB2 *optional
•200 grams of ice (about 7 ice cubes)

-Let it sit for a few minutes on the counter before blending, then blend away till creamy, fluffy and smooth. Sometimes it takes a minute for it to really start fluffing up, but once it does, it expands 10 fold! 🍨 Then it’s toppings time! Drizzle your favorite spreads for a magic shell and then balance the whole thing out with your other faves (Oreo thins pictured here). A massive dessert that can easily clock in for less than 150-200 calories.😎

On average women spend a total of 17 years, 148,920 hours of unnecessary, exhausted energy dieting. Then, 80-95% of them gain it back within a few years plus some. This isn’t by accident—it’s the name of the diet culture game.

I’m a sucker for anything Peanut Butter especially when it comes to ice cream. One of my favorite combos ever! So, this round I made a Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream Creami and it is divine. And, seriously, if you are not magic shelling your CBJ yet, what are you waiting for! Life changing, truly🤎

Base:
8 ounces Nonfat Fairlife Milk
65 grams 2% cottage cheese
7 grams vanilla pudding mix (I use chocolate
10 grams powdered peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 TB erythritol
2 grams Stevia powder
Sprinkle sea salt

Mix ins:
1 Oreo cookie only (no cream-unless you want to use the whole cookie as is).
10 grams Cocoa Bar PB Cup

*Optional topping: 5 grams Cocoa Bar Protein PB and another Oreo cookie (no cream) crumbles

To make:

Pour combined/blended base ingredients into your Creami container. Freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight. Blend on the ice cream mode, then add 2-3 TB additional milk and spin again on “re-spin”. You may have to do another respin if still crumbly. Now it’s time to add your toppings! Create a hole in the center of your ice cream and add the 10 grams of Cocoa Bar PB Cup spread, cover with ice cream from sides to let that CBJ chocolate chill and harden for a minute. Top with your crushed Oreo. Then spin on the Mix-In mode of your Creami. Drizzle with your extra Protein PB and cookie crumbles and enjoy!🤤

To make: Mix and bake ZPO baking mix as directed. Let cool (if you can wait!) Top with a drizzle (or two) of your favorite in a jar spreads (Iced Oatmeal Cookie & Protein PB pictured here). Pint night party for one (no sharing necessary😉)

Caramel Cookie & PB Creami

Love this wholefood based Creami recipe for all it is and has and what it does not. That is, I love the fact that it’s refined sugar free, low in fat, but that it still has all the dreaminess of a Ben & Jerry’s pint without the added 900+ calories and 70 grams of extra sugar. Chopped dates give it a caramel touch (trust me on this one) and the Cocoa Bar Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread magic shell is the cookie inspired 🍒 on top!

Start with my perfect Vanilla Creami base recipe:

Base:
8 ounces Nonfat Fairlife Milk
65 grams 2% cottage cheese
7 grams sugar free vanilla pudding mix (I use Simply Delish)
10 grams powdered peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 TB erythritol
2 grams Stevia powder
Sprinkle sea salt

Mix ins:
1 medjool date (approximately 11 grams)
7 grams PB2 powdered peanut butter

Topping: 14 grams Cocoa Bar Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread.

To make:

Pour combined/blended base ingredients into your Creami container. Freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight. Blend on the ice cream mode, then add 2-3 TB additional milk and spin again on “re-spin”. You may have to do another respin if still crumbly. Now it’s time to add your toppings! Create a hole in the center of your ice cream and add your chopped dates and powdered peanut butter. Then spin on the Mix-In mode of your Creami. Drizzle with your Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread, let it harden for a minute and enjoy!🤤

Magic shells make everything better. Especially when they are low sugar, wholefood based, dairy free and mmm mmm good!

Let’s make Magic Shell Frosted Vanilla Cake Oats🤎✨

Mix in a high speed blender:

•40 grams quick oats
•1 scoop (20 grams of vanilla or plain protein powder (Vegan plain soy protein used here)
•1 tsp baking powder
•pinch of baking powder
•1 TB of sweetener of choice (like Swerve and/or extra stevia)
•1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
•1/4 TSP of vanilla extract

•Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes. Let cool.

•Top with your choice of chocolate spreads (I used Chocolate Brownie Batter here!🤤 Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or overnight. Crack, attack and enjoy!!!🫶

Literally feels like cake for breakfast minus the sugar crash, and fully macro and micro balanced. 🫶
