Your skin is not a topical problem. It is a plate problem.
I say this with so much love — but if you are layering on serums and creams and wondering why your skin still looks tired, dry, a little meh — we need to talk about what you had for dinner last night.
Here’s the thing. Animal protein dehydrates you from the inside out. Like, your body is literally pulling water from your cells just to digest it. And over time? It shows. Your face gets dull. Your skin gets dry. You start to look a little… heavy. Even if the scale hasn’t moved.
You start to look like what you’re eating 🫣
And I know that’s a lot. But here’s where it gets good.
When you shift to eating more plants — and I mean actually more, not less, not rabbit food, not restriction — your body starts to hydrate from the inside out. Your skin starts to glow. Your energy shifts. The weight your body has been gripping onto starts to release. Not because you’re starving yourself. Because you’re finally feeding yourself in a way your body actually recognizes.
This is what I work on with my clients every single day. We don’t shrink ourselves to get smaller. We become the woman who eats more, weighs less, and looks like she’s aging in reverse.
And honestly? She is. 🌱
