How Owning Your Space Sets You Up for Health Goals!
Have you ever felt like your environment is working against you? The good news is, you can change that and it starts with small, intentional steps. At WLS Success Matters, we believe that owning your space is part of owning your success.
Here’s how you can make your environment your greatest ally in achieving your goals.
1. Plan Protein & Produce
When I shop, my priority is simple: protein and produce. These are the building blocks of success. By focusing on high-quality, nutrient-dense foods, I’m setting myself up for meals and snacks that align with my goals.
Pro Tip: Before heading to the store, shop your kitchen first. What’s already in your pantry, fridge, or freezer? Use what you have to plan meals and minimize waste.
2. Refresh & Reset Your Space
A cluttered space can lead to cluttered habits. That’s why I clean out and reorganize my kitchen and office cabinets two to three times a year.
Here’s my system:
Step 1: Toss expired items and donate unopened foods you no longer want.
Step 2: Group like items together so everything is easy to find.
Step 3: Clean your fridge weekly. This keeps it organized and ready for your new groceries.

3. Accountability: Your Part-Time Job
