Dr. Arthur Flynn, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Flynn completed residency in general surgery at UCSF where he served as chief resident. While in San Francisco Dr. Flynn conducted physiologic research with applications in the field of plastic surgery. His findings have been published in numerous scientific journals and he has lectured extensively in the United States, Europe and Japan. Dr. Flynn completed his residency training in plastic su

rgery at New York University Medical Center. This included advanced training in cosmetic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital with some of the world's most renowned teachers of aesthetic surgery. Dr. Flynn and his family came to Ventura in 1994 where he joined the practice of Dale P. A life-long ocean enthusiast, Dr. Flynn was attracted to Ventura by its climate, its beaches, and its people. A diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Flynn performs operations at Community Memorial Hospital and Plaza Surgical Center, his in-office licensed operating suite. He is a fellow of The American College of Surgeons, and a member of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and the California Medical Association. Dr. Flynn takes pride in his ability to offer the most advanced care to his patients.
