This 2-hour Restorative Yoga practice is designed to promote conscious relaxation, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom. Blending restorative yoga and somatic awareness practices, you’ll cultivate a sense of embodied presence and ease—deepending your relationship with self while fostering resilience from within.

With the support of props, we’ll soften into long-held restorative postures, allowing the body to fully settle and receive. This spacious practice creates a container for rest, healing, and quiet introspection.

True alignment isn’t about forcing yourself into a perfect shape. It’s about awareness. Feeling where your body is today, honoring its signals, and allowing each posture to come from a place of connection rather than control.

When we slow down and listen, alignment becomes intuitive. It shifts from “doing it right” to “feeling what’s right.”
