In this two-part series, we’ll explore the depth and essence of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, uncovering the timeless wisdom at the heart of the practice. Whether you’re brand new to the Sutras or have been studying them for years, this workshop will offer a clear and grounded foundation in the core teachings of yoga—insights that can meaningfully support your teaching, personal practice, and daily life. Our time together will weave guided meditation, lecture, group discussions, and an embodied yoga practice designed to help the teachings truly “land” in the body. By experiencing the philosophy somatically—not just intellectually—you’ll leave with a deeper understanding and practical tools for integration on and off the mat.
Part 3. Bhagavad Gita:
Intro and Selected Slokas
✨Sunday, May 17th · 9:30AM-12PM
At its heart, the Bhagavad Gita points to the inner transformation of the human being through conscious, selfless participation in life. This classical text of yoga offers a profound and practical guide to awakening. It invites us to move beyond being driven by personal desire and toward becoming a conscious instrument of the sacred order—living with greater clarity, humility, and wholehearted participation in the Whole.
In this 2.5-hour immersion, we will explore the Gita’s essential teachings through guided meditation, lecture, meaningful group discussion, and an embodied yoga practice. Together, we’ll create space for the wisdom of the text to move from concept to lived experience—integrating into your body, your practice, and your daily life—so you leave feeling inspired, grounded, and empowered.
