What is Soul House Yogalates?
This challenging yet enjoyable fusion class merges the ancient, Eastern Indian wisdom, philosophies and poses of yoga, with the Western posture enhancing, core focused, body conditioning practice of mat Pilates and Pilates inspired movements. This class smoothly blends a Vinyasa style flow with Pilates breath, techniques and exercises.
This is a 60 minute all levels class that will strengthen and tone your muscles, improve posture, flexibility, balance, and foster body awareness through postural safe alignment, ensuring whole body heath.
