Meet our newest Soul House Instructor, Rachel!

Join Rachel every Tuesday at 5:45pm for Non-Heated Alignment Flow in the Moon Room starting tonight!

About Rachel: As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and healthcare professional, Rachel brings a deep passion for holistic healing to her work. Rachel is dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others— helping students regulate the nervous system, cultivate a deeper awareness of and connection to their bodies, and find calm amidst the busyness of everyday life. She strives to create an inclusive and accessible environment for students of all levels, offering thoughtful modifications and variations while encouraging each student to honor their own needs. While Rachel values the physical benefits of yoga, she also deeply respects its spiritual roots and intentionally weaves spiritual concepts into her classes.

She is honored and excited to be part of the Soul House Yoga community, where she can share her love of yoga and support others on their wellness journey.

We will begin by setting and writing intentions as we step into spring, a season of renewal and new beginnings. Next, enjoy a fiery yoga flow designed to harness this dynamic energy while building heat, strength, and forward movement to support your goals.
