During your summer vacation it’s easy to consume food and beverages high in sugar content. Try to limit your sugar intake as best you can and make sure to still brush twice per day. If you are out having fun and can’t brush, swirl some water in your mouth and around your teeth until you can brush. This will help protect your teeth and your braces. 😃😎☀️
