How it goes…launch from the dock or beach, paddle for 20 minutes to our studio on the water, drop anchors, yoga practice on the board, pull up anchor & paddle back to the take out. Love how you feel! Balance. Flow. Bliss. 🧘🏼♂️💦🧜♀️
