FYI, I still have a doterra essential oils account from the days of running Lokah Yoga.
Every now & then I make an order. Today is that day. Ordering Tumeric & Frankincense - I Love these 2 oils.
👉I’ll take tumeric internally to help with inflammation & I use frankincense on my tender belly & touch points like wrist & neck when I meditate 😎
