🌊 When You’re Completely Drained… But Still Show Up | Day 34 of My 90-Day Challenge morrow.

I am exhausted — mentally, physically, spiritually. I feel like I’m being pulled in a dozen directions, and honestly… I just want a nap. 😴

So instead of pushing through, I decided to pull away. I took the dog, wandered down to the ocean, and just let myself breathe for a bit — waves crashing, sunset coming, kids somewhere in the background (I think 😅).

Here’s what I’m reminding myself today:
✨ It’s okay to step back.
✨ It’s okay to rest.
✨ You don’t always have to know exactly where you’re going — sometimes you just have to pause and listen.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or unsure where to focus, this one’s for you. Let’s give ourselves permission to recharge and just be for a moment. 💙

Tonight I did something a little out of the ordinary — even for me. I took my husband to a Mind Travel event: a silent piano concert on the beach at sunset.
Headphones on, waves crashing, sky glowing orange and pink — and my husband… missing football. 😂

But here’s the thing I love most about him: even when he doesn’t totally “get it,” he still shows up. He lets me explore the weird and wonderful things that fill my cup.

And somewhere between the music and the waves, I realized — this moment felt like a metaphor for life (and this whole 90-Day Challenge).
We’re all listening to the same song in different ways, walking our own paths, and finding connection through shared experience.

Sometimes growth looks like trying something new.
Sometimes it looks like dragging your spouse to the beach for a woo-woo piano concert.
Either way — it’s all about showing up. 💫

See you tomorrow.

Hey everyone — it’s a lovely day, lovely day, lovely day! 🎶

Today’s video is all about small wins — the quiet, steady steps that build real success over time. Over the past few months, I’ve recorded my modules, hired a video editor, written a mini-series, and checked off task after task. None of these were huge overnight achievements — but that’s the point.

✨ Success is built one small, intentional step at a time.
✨ Progress happens when we keep stacking those wins.
✨ And before you know it, you look back and realize… it’s a lovely day.

So today’s reminder: celebrate your small wins. They’re what create the big energy and momentum that move you forward. 💛

If this resonates, drop a comment below and share one of your recent small wins!

🌟 Did you know? Our Guided Therapist Activities - Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program and PT, OT, ST platforms can help children while they are waiting for therapy services get support sooner! Please do not delay their progress while they wait for an assigned in-person or virtual physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech therapist. Also, we do not let insurance dictate or prohibit you from utilizing this great program.

We have a solution while your child is on the waitlist.

Our RTM Guided Therapist Activities program will help with the following:

✅ Bridges the gap – While your child is on the waitlist for Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Occupational Therapy, our platforms provide activities and strategies tailored to their needs at home. After your child's evaluation, a therapist will review the results, goals and assign appropriate activities for your child.
✅ Keeps progress moving – Regular check-ins and guidance by a licensed PT, OT and/or SLP ensures your child continues to build skills instead of losing valuable time.
✅ Family support – Parents receive coaching and resources, making it easier to reinforce progress while they wait. We want to keep in contact with you. Something that is not usually offered!
✅ Convenient & flexible – Access support right from home while you wait for in-person appointments. No pressure to do the activities everyday but on you and your child's schedule. Make it fun for them! 🥳

At Children’s Therapy Network, we believe no child should have to “pause” their growth or progress while waiting for therapy. 🌈 With parent support the RTM Guided Therapist Activities will seem effortless but they do more than you think as they are aligned with your child's therapy goals per their evaluation results.

🌟 The Future of Pediatric Therapy: 5 Years Ahead 🌟Presentation Narrated by AI

People often ask: “Will AI replace physical, speech, or occupational therapists?” The short answer: no—at least not completely.

🧠At Children’s Therapy Network, we’re already using AI to enhance children’s lives through programs like our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Guided Therapists Activities, which provides tailored exercises and progress tracking while keeping human therapists at the heart of care.

🖥️While AI is revolutionizing pediatric therapy—enhancing diagnostics, personalizing interventions, and providing virtual support—nothing replaces the human connection.
Here's why:
💪 Physical Therapy (PT): Kids need hands-on guidance, motivation, and encouragement during exercises. A robot might show how to lift a limb, but it can't celebrate a child's first step or adjust exercises in real-time for subtle movement issues. AI can assist by analyzing data from various sources, including imaging studies and motion sensors, to help therapists identify underlying issues contributing to a child's physical limitations. - JPTCP.
🗣️ Speech Therapy (ST): Speech development is deeply personal. Children pick up on facial expressions, tone, and emotional support—things AI can't fully replicate. A therapist noticing a child's hesitation or frustration can instantly adapt strategies, something a robot can't sense. AI tools are being developed to support clinicians by providing targeted feedback, but they are designed to assist, not replace, human therapists - NYU Steinhardt.
🎨 Occupational Therapy (OT): OT often involves creative problem-solving and playful interventions to help children succeed in daily activities. Humans intuitively guide kids through sensory experiences and teach life skills in ways AI cannot replicate. AI technologies, including machine learning algorithms and wearable sensors, offer innovative approaches to assess children's motor skills and cognitive functions objectively and efficiently. - Science Publishing Group.
✅ The 5-Year Outlook: Pediatric clinics will increasingly integrate AI for efficiency—progress tracking, homework suggestions, and parent support—but human therapists will remain essential for connection, empathy, and real-time adaptation.
