One thing that keeps coming up in my survey responses?
➡️ Engagement is the #1 struggle in telehealth.
Therapists are telling me it’s not about lack of knowledge — it’s about keeping kids focused and parents involved without burning out.

This is why I’m creating a program with practical scripts + playful tools.
Want to help shape it (and get early access to my mini-class on resistance)?

📌 Still here in the breathtaking Sequoia National Park — and today's 90 Day Video Challenge comes with a bittersweet story.

On a ranger-led talk, I learned about the oldest known Sequoia on record — over 3,000 years old — that was cut down by a logger in the late 1800s or early 1900s. It took only five days to destroy something that had stood for millennia.

But here's the twist: that same logger later became an advocate for these giants, helping to establish conservation efforts that have since protected hundreds, if not thousands, of Sequoias for generations to enjoy.

It's a reminder that even from destruction can come preservation and purpose — and that one person's change of heart can leave a legacy of protection.

🌐 What are your thoughts on conservation efforts?

We’re still here in beautiful Sequoia National Park, and today’s 90 Day Video Challenge is a reminder to reconnect with the fearless curiosity we had as kids.

I’ve been watching my son run up boulders, climb logs, jump into the river, and make friends without hesitation — and it hit me how much we lose that sense of wonder as adults. Somewhere along the way, we get wrapped up in work, responsibilities, and worrying about what others think.

But when I strip all that away, my deepest reason for doing this challenge and building my business is simple… to help children grow AND to create more time with my own son.

So today, take a moment to channel your inner child. Make friends easily. Play without self-consciousness. Explore fearlessly. Live with wonder.

The giant sequoias are the largest trees on Earth, living for thousands of years and surviving wildfires, droughts, and storms. But here’s their secret… their survival isn’t about standing alone.

Their shallow roots weave together with the roots of other sequoias, forming a massive interconnected network. They literally feed each other, share resources, and protect one another — creating a community so strong that no storm can topple them.

It made me think of why I started this 90 Day Video Challenge. Just like the sequoias, I wouldn’t be here without the Launch You community — the people who have encouraged me, pushed me, and “fed” me nutrients to grow when I felt like giving up.

We all need connection. We all need roots intertwined with others. That’s how we stand tall and weather life’s storms. 🌱

Today, I stood in front of the largest living tree in the world — the General Sherman in Sequoia National Park.

Over 2,200 years old.
The largest tree by volume on Earth.
Its top may be dead, but its trunk still grows wider every single year.

There’s something powerful about that slow, steady growth — not racing to be the tallest or the flashiest, just quietly adding a little more year after year until it becomes a giant. 🌲

That’s the kind of legacy I want to build — not quick, not overnight, but something strong, steady, and lasting… even when no one’s watching. Because real impact, like this tree, takes time.

Today’s 90 Day Video Challenge isn’t a business tip or a deep reflection… it’s just pure magic.

While camping in Sequoia National Park, we had some unexpected (and totally adorable) visitors — two deer just strolling right through our campground like they owned the place. 🦌

They weren’t in a hurry, weren’t afraid, and seemed completely at home blending into our little human world. Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but it was a beautiful reminder of the connection between people and nature.

Sometimes the best moments aren’t planned. Sometimes they’re just… awesome. 🌲💚

📍 Still camping in Sequoia National Forest and soaking in the lessons these giants have to teach.

A few years ago, a fire ripped through here — devastating and heartbreaking to see, especially for someone like me who has decades of childhood memories in this park. But here's the thing: fire is part of life for the Sequoias.

It's not just destruction.
🔥 It clears away the brush.
🔥 It opens their seed pods.
🔥 It creates the fertile ground they need to grow for thousands of years.

And it got me thinking — our lives work the same way. Sometimes we go through seasons that feel like everything is burning down around us, but those seasons can be the very thing that clears the way for our next stage of growth.

So if you're in a fire season right now — hold on. There may be new life just around the corner. 🌱
What lessons have you learned from your own fire seasons? Share your thoughts in the comments!

🧑‍🤝‍🧑For our neurodivergent children who sometimes prefer their own company, remember there's a profound beauty in solitude. Taking time for introspection and inner quiet can be a powerful path to self-awareness, intellect, conscious growth and awareness development.

🧘Being alone offers a unique space for reflection, creativity, and recharging, allowing children to process their world on their own terms and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

🤸‍♂️At Children's Therapy Network in California, we honor each child's unique way of connecting with the world, understanding that sometimes, the most meaningful discoveries happen within. Our therapists give our clients "space" when needed without constant cueing or prompting or touching/tapping. Let's remember to include alone times in our children's lives. You may be surprised at what they will eventually share or demonstrate to you!

Description:
📍 Still in Sequoia National Park for the 90-day challenge, and today I climbed Moro Rock — 350 steps (or 360 by my count).

The whole way up, I was counting… step by step… and every single number felt like progress.

But here’s what really stuck with me — the people coming down, sweaty but smiling, telling me:
💬 “It’s worth it.”
💬 “You’re almost there.”

That encouragement reminded me so much of building a business — or even showing up for this 90-day challenge.

Progress isn’t flashy, it’s not instant, and it’s rarely easy. It’s one messy, breathless, sweaty climb after another. But the people ahead of you keep telling you the view is worth it… and it is. 🌄

So here’s your reminder: keep going. The view will be spectacular.

90-day challenge continues, but today… I’ve got nothing.

I’m sitting next to a quiet river, watching my husband and son fish. Listening to the water, the birds, the wind. No profound lesson. No big insight. Just being.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our mind, body, and soul is let go — stop fixing, stop building, stop planning — and trust the world will keep turning without us.

So today, I’m doing just that. And maybe this is your reminder to do the same.

🎧 Now… shhhh …let’s listen to the stream. 🌊
