The reason I handled postpartum so well this time around wasn’t that I worked out through it. But because I did postpartum feeling supported. 🤍

My partner made this season easier in all the ways that mattered most — showing up, helping without being asked, loving me when I didn’t feel like myself, and reminding me I wasn’t carrying it all alone. Through the sleepless nights, the healing, the emotions, and the chaos… he made hard days feel lighter.

Postpartum isn’t easy, but having the right partner can make all the difference. Forever grateful for the man who helped love me through it. 🤍

¡MAMISSSSS SÍ SE PUEDE!
When i tell you that once I became a mother and went through the postpartum trenches. I knew I had to find an outlet to save not only me but my firstborn. Postpartum depression is as real as the sun during the day and the moon at night. I know it can be hard to thrive when all you feel is survival. I know you feel the guilt of wanting your time but leaving your baby behind. I know the feeling a little TOO well.

But because I've been there I beg you to start watering yourself, mama! It can be at home while the baby naps; if you feel ready, it can be at the gym too! But making yourself a priority will not only help you but also your baby and partner.

I hope this inspires someone to start today. 🌷
