Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

As the year comes to a close, let us be grateful for how far we have come, how much we have grown, the lessons we have learned and the wounds we have healed. 2023 was a hard year for many 🥴 give yourself some grace and honor for the hardships that you have gone through and or are still dealing with. Come on down and treat yourself! I will start with a light breathing meditation to help relax you, then I will guide you through a meditation as I play healing instruments such as my 32 inch universal symphonic Gong, 9 crystal singing bowls, swinging chimes, and an ocean drum to clear cleanse and wash away all unwanted energy that does not serve your highest good.
