Are you taking care of your lashes and brows?
This is my new creation🎉.
100% natural🌱.
Why this new product?
Because:
1/ My lashes and brows were thinning out
2/ I wanted a multi-use product that was conditioning without dripping in my eyes
3/ I wanted to use it any time, or any day I wasn’t wearing make up
4/ I wanted them healthy and shiny
5/ I wanted to boost lash growth
6/ I wanted well-groomed eyebrows

And I thought you might too!

Have you ever noticed how different it feels to breathe in the scent of a live lavender plant… compared to a drop of its essential oil? 💜

Both are magical — but in very different ways.

When you lean into a living plant, you breathe in a delicate balance of molecules the sun helped create that very moment — soft, complex, alive. It grounds you, slows you down, reminds you that beauty doesn’t need to shout.

An essential oil, on the other hand, is the plant’s soul, concentrated. Potent enough to shift your mood, calm your nervous system, and travel with you wherever you go.

🤝🌿 One is connection.
🐛🦋 The other is transformation.

Together, they remind us that nature meets us where we are — sometimes gently, sometimes powerfully.

Tell me — what sounds better to you: breathing in the living scent of a flower, or the pure essence of its oil?

Why is hand-pouring so important?

Because it lets me connect with every batch. I can see, smell, and feel the ingredients — each one alive with its own character. Like wine, natural ingredients shift gently with the seasons — in texture, color, and aroma — especially when they’re minimally processed.

By working with my hands, eyes, and nose, I can honor those subtle variations and adjust each formula with care.

Every pour, every stir, every small decision is made with you in mind — so that what touches your skin feels exquisite, nurturing, and truly special. 💛

For me: Damp leaves… humus (not hummus 😉)… a wood fire… baking… milky chai tea or hot chocolate…

I just created “Snuggle In!”, an aromatherapy roll on perfume infused with the cozy scents of orange and vanilla, with hints of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger… makes you want to curl up on your favorite couch and read a great book (my latest favorite being Gathering Moss, by Robin Wall Kimmerer)…

And yet here in SoCal, although the mornings feel chillier, it’s still warm and dry, and I’m still wearing sandals.

I long for a noticeable weather change… I may have to wait until January… or I might just roll some “Snuggle In” on my pulse point and pretend fall is here!

What scents makes you feel warm and cozy?

💗Does anyone remember Love’s Baby Soft?

This ad is so cringey… But again, this was the era of movies like Taxi Driver and Pretty Baby…

When I was a teen, everything American was just too cool for words. During one of my beloved summers in Ibiza, I became friends with three lovely sisters from Connecticut (it took me a while to understand that “Connecticut” wasn’t “Canada Kit,” the way they pronounced it). They gave me two things I treasured at the time: “Love’s Baby Soft” body products and “Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers” (Watermelon was my favorite). I don’t think we had products targeted specifically to the young market in France at the time.

Now? I wouldn’t dream of using either. The scent of Love’s Baby Soft was sweet and powdery, and definitely synthetic. I just smelled it recently again (yes, it still exists), and it took me right back to those days—summers with my cool American friends, endless fun, and feeling a little older than I was.

🌿 Why I now only use 100% natural perfumes:

- Non-toxic, made from real plants, flowers, and resins—nuanced, alive, and personal.

- Contain aromatic compounds that can influence the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body unwind—or uplift the spirit, depending on the plant.

- Feel centering and nurturing, gently shifting your mood.

- Each dab is a tiny ritual, a mindful pause that makes you feel grounded, cozy, and present.

⚠️ Synthetic perfumes:

- Created with TOXIC lab-made chemicals.

- Designed to stick and project loudly (sometimes you end up smelling like the person next to you!).

- Can trigger headaches or sensory overload (I can barely breathe when I walk through a department store cosmetics section).

- They may remind you of a past scent—but it’s most often the memory, not the fragrance, that is worth cherishing…

Working with 𝕔𝕝𝕒𝕪 is grounding (no pun intended), creative, and satisfying…
but it 𝕥𝕒𝕜𝕖𝕤 𝕒 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕝 𝕥𝕠𝕝𝕝 𝕠𝕟 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕤. ✋✨

• 𝔸𝕓𝕤𝕠𝕣𝕡𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕠𝕚𝕝𝕤 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕞𝕠𝕚𝕤𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖 – Clay is porous and has strong absorptive properties. When you handle it, the clay literally pulls natural oils and moisture from your skin, leaving your hands feeling tight and dry.

• 𝔽𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 – Working and kneading clay involves a lot of rubbing and pressure. This physical friction wears down the skin’s outer layer and makes it more vulnerable to dryness and micro-abrasions.

• 𝔽𝕣𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕤𝕚𝕟𝕘 – Repeated contact with water (especially if it’s hard water) strips away the skin’s natural lipids even further.

• 𝔻𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕖𝕩𝕡𝕠𝕤𝕦𝕣𝕖 – Dry clay dust (silica, alumina, etc.) can be very dehydrating. If it settles on the skin, wicks away moisture and can feel chalky, adding to the drying effect.
You need our 𝔻𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝔹𝕒𝕝𝕞... Really!
Rich and nourishing, it deeply repairs, soothes, and protects—helping your hands stay as cared for as the pieces you create.💫

I’m a little obsessed with carrot seed oil… the unrefined, organic kind that smells fresh, earthy, and herbaceous. Its vibrant green color hints at the wealth of nutrients it carries.

More than just a moisturizer, it strengthens the skin barrier, locks in hydration, and soothes irritation while supporting natural skin renewal. Light, silky, and quick-absorbing, it softens, shields, and boosts the skin’s health and vitality.

It is part of our Repair and Heal oils, as well as our Men’s Face & Beard oil.

Our Story

Botanical, organic, eco-friendly body care to look, feel and smell beautiful from head to toe.

Rêves de Sabine is a brand inspired by nature, the smell of the ocean, the feel of bare feet in cool sand, the taste of honey and the sound of bees, the scent of white sage on a warm summer day and, most of all, by love.
