🎉 Dream Balm is 10! 🎉

I can’t believe it’s been a whole decade since I first made this balm. What started as a simple, soothing blend for myself has ended up in so many of your bags, nightstands, and travel kits. 💚

To celebrate, I made some little commemorative minis (because they’re cute, and honestly, who doesn’t need one more tiny balm?). I’ve also been looking back at your reviews, and it still blows me away how something so simple has meant so much to you. 🫶

Sometimes the simplest plants hold the most magic. 🌿

Geranium (one that I love but use sparingly… a little goes a long way) helps your skin find balance, softens irritation, restores a healthy glow, and gently lifts your mood. Great plant-powered care for both skin and soul.

Right now, I am diffusing a blend of geranium (4 drops), sweet orange (8 drops), and a hint of ylang ylang (2 drops)… this simple combination is making me feel happy, energized and peaceful.

Bonjour, I’m Sabine — the French Alchemist behind Rêves de Sabine.

Ten years ago, I took a leap that changed everything. I left my career as an art director in branding and packaging — a job that looked creative and satisfying on the outside, but felt more and more disconnected from what truly mattered to me.

I was craving beauty with meaning. I longed for simplicity, integrity, and a deeper connection to nature — and to my own intuition. So, with a few handwritten formulas and a heart full of purpose, I began crafting my first creations: a nourishing body balm, a lip balm, a sugar scrub, two body oils, and some bath salts. Each one made with pure, natural ingredients I believed in.

Today, that small beginning has grown into a full line of face, hair, and body oils, healing balms, natural perfumes for men and women, and lovingly curated self-care rituals — all still handcrafted in small batches, right here in Ventura, California.

My mission remains the same: to help you care for your skin and spirit with products that feel as good as they smell — combining skin nutrition and aromatherapy into everyday moments of calm, joy, and radiant well-being. Because I believe skincare shouldn’t just sit on your skin — it should feed it, nurture it, and help you feel more like yourself.
