Day 17. Today's Smart Recovery meeting went a little different, starting out with Raclette and each brought their favorite non alcoholic beverage. Some delicious choices and wonderful company.

Day 15. What are nail tests for? Just like hair, nail clippings can be collected and send to the lab to test for alcohol or drug use. The nails need to be clean and chemical free, long enough to get sufficient material. It is just as good as hair, might even be slightly better. The problem with hair is that a lot of people have very short hair or chemically treated.
