ATTENTION YOGIS! I have a few changes to my weekly class schedule...

My Sunday morning class will be CANCELLED for the summer.

My Wednesday morning class at The Old Town Hall will now begin at 8:30AM, instead of 9:30AM.

I am also teaching BEACH YOGA at Main Street Beach every Monday and Friday at 8:30AM, now through Labor Day! Please bring a mat or beach towel and a WATER (it gets hot out there!). Beach yoga is donation-only, with some of the proceeds going back to the beautiful city of Vermilion!

All of my classes are suitable for beginners.
