We are Hiring!

Title: Director of Community Services

Hours: Full-time, exempt position requiring flexibility in scheduling and participation as a point of contact in the on-call system

Annual Salary: $70,000-$75,000 based on experience and education; we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.

Position Summary: Under general supervision, directs the provision of community-based services including Supported Employment, Day Services, Shared Living, and the Volunteer Program. Provides ongoing management, training, evaluation, and consultation to staff and volunteers to ensure services promote independence, community inclusion, and achievement of personal outcomes for people supported in accordance with the mission of Sesdac, Inc. (Sesdac).
