✨Online Support Group starting Wednesday, May 10th @ 6pm (MST)

I know that sometimes people don't have the time, money, insurance, or energy to attend therapy, therefore I am starting this group for you. Anyone is welcome to share their challenges or share helpful information with others. As a therapist, I am organizing this platform, but am not exclusively running it, we all contribute to making it a supportive network for each other.

The goal of this group is to provide extra support to help you get through things. Come join our group and vent, share if you want, or listen to other people. No real structure but support for you. Sometimes we need an unbiased objective person to vent to aside from our family or friends; honestly, they are very biased. This support group is open to anyone for extra support to vent and let out the frustrations, challenges, and difficulties in life.

On occasions, I may offer a tidbit of information, or technique if I think it could be helpful for you to manage the struggle. The advice, information, or techniques that I offer should not be confused with therapy- simply perspectives of how to manage daily life better from a therapist.

The meeting is held online every other week, so you can attend from anywhere. The meeting can be one hour and may last longer depending on the needs of the participants.
