Where to begin on what a delight Peg is to have around the house. She’s always up to do pretty much anything. She loves the music and just all around helping whoever and wherever she can. She always brings us the prettiest flowers she hand picks on her daily walks outside. She definitely brightens the home. We sure love you Peggy sue! ❤️

We’re looking for a kind, dependable Secretary/Administrative Assistant to help our home run smoothly and keep our residents and families connected.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Greet visitors and families with a smile.
• Assist our Administrator with scheduling, phone calls, and recordkeeping.
• Help with resident admissions, appointments, and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Support caregivers with supplies and documentation.
•help fill in shifts as needed.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, organized, and professional.
• Great communication and computer skills.
• Experience in an office or senior care setting a plus (but we’ll train the right person!).
•CNA certifiation or willing to get it.
