Back pain is one of the most common complaints among runners, and it’s often not from running itself, but how you’re doing it.

You may recognize our office manager Ellen, who is an ultra runner herself. She recently took 1st place female and 3rd overall at the Grand2Grand race in May. You could say she knows a thing or two about healthy running practices!

Here are 5 quick tips to keep your spine supported:

✔️ Train your core to stay steady with every stride
✔️ Watch your form (slight forward lean + midfoot strike = 🔑)
