Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where participants are invited to dance however their body feels called to move. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Guided by a wave of music that rises and falls in energy, Ecstatic Dance becomes a form of moving meditation—supporting emotional release, stress relief, creativity, and a deeper connection with oneself and community.

To help create a safe and intentional space, Ecstatic Dance gatherings follow a few simple agreements:

• Move however you feel. There is no choreography—listen to your body and let it guide you.
• No talking on the dance floor. This helps everyone stay present and allows connection through movement rather than words.
• No substances. The experience is created naturally through music, breath, and movement.
• Respect consent. You are welcome to dance alone or with others, but always honor personal space and non-verbal cues.
• No phones or photography. This keeps the space private and helps everyone stay fully in the moment.
• Barefoot or soft shoes recommended for comfort and grounding.

Ecstatic Dance is open to all ages, bodies, and experience levels. Whether you move wildly, gently, or simply sway, the invitation is the same: show up as you are and let the music move you.
