I've dove into craniosacral sessions this month… and I have to say, I’m loving it 🤍

Watching the body soften, unwind, and release what it’s been holding for so long has been incredible. The results people are experiencing are a beautiful reminder of just how wise and capable the body truly is. When we give it the space, it knows exactly what to do… releasing pain, tension, stress, and even patterns we’ve carried for years.

❓Have you ever noticed how your body tries to talk to you??

👣Your body: “Hey… I’m a little stressed."
You: drink coffee for energy ☕, push through the task list, eat the extra sugar for a boost, or take a painkiller to alleviate the pain.
👣Your body: “Maybe some rest?”
You: scroll on your phone and get distracted, so you stay up an extra couple of hours later than planned
👣Your body: “Fine… I'll create more pain until you start paying attention.”

👣This is one of the reasons foot zoning is so fascinating.
Your feet hold a map of your entire body, and all its systems. During a Foot zone session, it can be like having a conversation between your body and mind.

🤍“Wow… I didn’t realize how tense I was.”
🤍“Why does that spot feel so sensitive?”
🤍“How did working my feet make my whole body relax?
Foot zoning helps you slow down long enough to actually hear what your body has been trying to say all along.

Three and a half years ago, I was invited to join my very first mastermind. I honestly had no idea what a mastermind even was, I just knew I wanted to be in a room (even if it was virtual) with other like minded business owners. I knew I needed support and I was craving a community. 🌿

Less than six months later, I felt called to lead my own in person group. And let me tell you… I had no clue what I was doing 😂 I just knew in my bones it was something I was meant to step into.

Now that I understand more about my human design, it makes so much sense. I’m meant to be the guide, the mentor, the one who holds the space. Walking alongside women as they grow their businesses and themselves, watching their confidence rise, ideas flow, and clarity click into place in a supportive environment is something that truly warms my heart. ❤️

🦋It has been such an honor to lead these groups, and now I’m getting ready to start my 5th mastermind tomorrow.

We meet over Zoom for 12 weeks, and I have one seat left. The women already in this group are incredible, and I already know it’s going to be something really special.
