Happy National B-Fit Day!

Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes Staff and our residents LOVED the B-Fit exercise program this morning with Brian, our B-Fit Personal Trainer, from stretches, upper and lower body workouts, and cool-downs. It was a lot of fun!
