This is a great quote from the Gospel of Thomas - one of my favorites. Ok, keeping it real ... they ALL are my favorites.
We feel angry when the truth is revealed because we feel like we've been dooped. We were fed lies ... what the hell?? ... right.
We're first mad because we realize we have been drinking the cool aid of the ego, which says we are separate, fit in like everyone else, don't take risks, oh ... and make a lot of other people wrong so you feel one up on them.
So much BS we have subconsciously agreed to, and all of it ... yep, all of it has to come down for the real TRUTH inside of you to come shining through.
So, get mad ... be willing to be bothered by the ways you have been denying your power and joy ... move through it well, and then ENJOY THE AMAZING FREEDOM. Because it will be yours forever and ever and ever ...

Sometimes, you have to let go of the old way of doing things when you want more. And lately it feels like every detail of my life is new and unfamiliar to me. But when we dare to move into uncharted territory, we actually get to know ourselves even better. The wisdom of years emerges. The clarity of self-awareness sharpens. You find that you really have what it takes. Never be afraid of radical expansion. Running towards your fear is the most exhilarating feeling you will ever experience.
