Losing a child profoundly changed everything about me. 💔
Eventually I set my mind to begin a healing journey, I ate healthy, drank water, walked, exercised etc. That was the only part I could do. Eventually. I started with the more challenging part…the inside work. The pain was so intense…I thought it would end my life…. I couldn’t comprehend how I could survive this pain inside me. But…I found out…..lean into your pain, for it sits right next to LOVE. ❤️
