Join Jan, a 25-year Law Enforcement Veteran, former Chief of Police, and distinguished graduate of West Point Command and the FBI Executive Leadership Program at Princeton University.

As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), he shares his expertise across the state. Beyond his law enforcement career, Jan is a dedicated Appalachian Trail enthusiast, achieving remarkable feats like completing 800 miles in 43 days in 2019, running the entire New Jersey section (73.2 miles) in 33 hours in 2018, and conquering a 100-mile run in 23 hours in 2020. He has also excelled in Marathons, Spartan races, Multi-day Adventure Races, and Triathlons.

Jan teaches Monday at 6pm. All are welcome! See you there!
