Vernon Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Vernon Rehabiitation and Nursing Center offer both long and short stays. We provide onsite: Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.

It was a great day yesterday. For International T-shirt Day, we even had a visitor participate in wearing his favorite t-shirt. Since everyone was wearing their favorite t-shirts, I figured it was the perfect time for a cookout and a game of Texas Shoot'em!
