February is Heart Month and there’s no better time to focus on the health of your heart!

You can start by scheduling a Heart Score Screening to find out if you are at risk for heart disease or a heart attack. The screen, also known as a coronary calcium scan, is a noninvasive CT scan of the arteries of your heart. The simple 10-minute scan measures the calcium buildup in the arteries of your heart and can help determine your chances of developing heart disease or having a heart attack, before symptoms even begin.

We are offering this scan for a reduced price of $99 on Saturday, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28 by appointment from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in our Outpatient Pavilion. You must be at least 30 years old and do not have a known history of heart disease.

We will be donating $40 from each screening to our Baptist Foundation Golden Triangle Heart Fund to help cardiac patients attend cardiac rehab classes. Call 662-244-2979 to make your appointment for the non-invasive screening. All forms of payment will be accepted. No insurance will be filed.
