🌕 This Sunday, February 1, 2026 Winter’s moon arrives in full, the Snow Moon, glowing brightly in Leo. Against the cold and quiet of the season, its light feels bold, steady, and unmistakably present.
This is the moon of deep snow and long nights, when the world slows and stillness settles in. Ice catches the light, shadows stretch across the land, and the sky feels vast and open.
❄️ Though winter is hushed, this Full Moon in Leo carries warmth beneath the silence, a reminder to hold your center, honor your light, and stand confidently in who you are.

This beautiful bluebird visited and stayed most of the morning- not eating just sharing his beauty. I felt a strong sense of presence and hope. Bluebirds hold a spiritual meaning as a messenger of joy, hope, and renewal. Its appearance often symbolizes a, “bridge” between the physical and spiritual worlds, encouraging faith, positive transformation, and a return to happiness after difficult times.
So I share this vision and wisdom with you as well. 💗✨🙏🏻💙🕊️

After 1 week at the Omega institute practicing this method I experienced a greater impact on my wellbeing than 8 years of workshops. I knew I needed to be certified and share this!

Somatic Activated Healing using the SAH method includes meditation, breath; dance; raw vocalizations; emotional activations; movement and powerful mantras. It’s a practice that helps people move out of the story of the trauma or painful life experiences and into the body which allows us to to be in the present moment and process without needing to relive or retell the story. The somatic activated practice has been proven to change the neuro pathways in the brain.
