Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Frida. I am a mental health therapist in a small but beautiful little town called Vero Beach, Florida.

I started my journey in nonprofit work when I moved to town from the west coast of FL. I soon realized how much need there was in the mental health space in my little town. I decided to go back to school and received my masters in clinical social work. In the midst of working and getting my degree, I found out I was pregnant with my first baby! To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. As I navigated through my own personal struggles and dealing with severe postpartum anxiety, I soon realized it was such an important area that was not being supported. I knew then I would dedicate my career helping and advocating for maternal mental health while also following my calling for working with teenagers.

I have a passion for mental health and all the amazing work it can do for a person and I hope you can trust me and give me the honor of helping you!🤍
