The bistro smelled like fall — cinnamon, sugar, and laughter everywhere! Residents baked their hearts out with cookies, cakes, and cupcakes galore. 🎂

Miss Joan revealed she once had her own bakery (and her cake vanished first, of course!). Miss Sally said, “I’m not a baker… I’ll just watch the cake bake — don’t want to burn it!” 😂

Sweet treats, sweet laughs, and even sweeter company — that’s how we do fall fun! 🍁💛

Ms. Louise was on fire yesterday — winning 6 games straight! 🔥 Every slam of her domino had the table laughing and Roberto shaking his head. 😂 Who’s bold enough to take her on next?

🍷✨ Wine Down Wednesday ✨🍷

We’ve got a glass with your name on it — and tonight, every glass was raised high as Ron belted out crowd favorites. With a voice that could rival Andrea Bocelli and Tom Jones, he had the whole room clapping, swaying, and singing along. 🎤👏

When he hit “Delilah” 🎶 the residents practically turned the lounge into a concert hall — glasses in the air, voices booming, and smiles all around.

Meanwhile, Roberto shouted “Salud!” every single time Ron nailed a note… let’s just say the toasts came as often as the music. 😂🍇🥂

A night of music, laughter, and wine that reminded us why Wednesday might just be the best day of the week! 🥳🍷🎶

📖✨ Biblical Findings with Mr. Travis ✨📖

Today our men’s group had a wonderful surprise — a visit from three lovely ladies, Ms. Sally, Pam, and Barbara, who heard about all the “good news” that happens when these gentlemen gather together. 🙌

Mr. Travis led today’s discussion on the Great “Y” — you know, the big questions of life:
• Why do we hurt?
• Why is there pain?
• Why do good people face struggles?
• Why does death come?
• Why do bad people sometimes seem to win?

Every “why” you could imagine made it to the table — and let’s just say the answers were as thoughtful as they were funny (yes, some of the gentlemen even tried to answer “Y not?” 😂).

The men were so pleased to welcome the ladies, and the joy in the room showed us all how much better searching for answers can be when done together. 💕

Before closing, the group also lifted up a heartfelt prayer for our country 🇺🇸 and for everyone in need around the world. 🙏✨

Here in our community, we respect and empower all beliefs — and we definitely love a good laugh while doing it! 🌟

☕🎉 National Coffee Day at Sodalis! 🎉☕
Today our community was buzzing as we celebrated National Coffee Day! Some residents enjoyed a cozy afternoon cup with friends, while others treated themselves to a coffee facial. 🧖‍♀️✨
Coffee facials (yes, they go way back!) are known to refresh, tighten, and brighten the skin. After today’s spa session, everyone looked 20 years younger — Miss Patsy was walking around asking, “Don’t I look younger?” while Barbara proudly said, “Touch my face, it’s so soft!” 😂
The whole community smelled like the world’s best coffee shop, and the laughter was just as rich as the aroma. From sipping to spa-ing, it was a brew-tiful day filled with joy, friendship, and a whole latte love. 💕☕

🍫🧁 Goody Girls Baking Club Fun! 🧁🍫

Our Baking Club, the Goody Girls, turned the kitchen into pure sweetness today! Residents baked up a storm—rich brownies and moist carrot cupcakes filled the room with that irresistible aroma. Each resident proudly shared their favorite recipe and, of course, tasted one another’s creations.

👏 A special shout-out to Miss Louise—her famous brownie recipe stole the show (and the votes)! It was simply delicious. Meanwhile, Miss Barbara had us all laughing as she hopped on the radio to page the staff: “Come quick for some sweet treats!”

What a joyful time of baking, tasting, and sharing together. 💕
