This isn’t just a “feel-good” Ta**us New Moon coming.
It’s a shedding.
An initiation.
A doorway into the new.

If you’ve been extra emotional lately…weirdly angry…deep in your feelings…or feeling like something old is cracking underneath the surface…
you’re not imagining it.

The old structures are cracking.
The old identities are cracking.
The old ways of relating are cracking.

And underneath all of it…something new is trying to emerge.

This week is not asking you to have it all figured out.

This week asks for honesty.
Not blame.
Not bypassing.

Truth.
Healing.
Evolution.

It’s asking you to be honest about what hurts.
Honest about what’s ending. Honest about what can no longer come with you.

Because something deeper is trying to emerge now.
Something freer.
More alive.
More true.

This is the turning point.
You are not planting seeds from the old version of yourself anymore. The old world is cracking.
And maybe… so is the shell around the next version of you.

This New Moon asks:
What fear underneath the fear is actually running my life?
Where am I still organizing my life around survival instead of truth?
What would become possible if I stopped organizing my life around fear?

Let this be a week to move it. To feel it. To shake it loose from your body instead of overthinking it.

Dance.
Breathwork.
Tears.
Movement.
Nature.
Rest.

Before the New Moon:
Write down the fears, identities, patterns, or constraints you are ready to release.

Especially the ones connected to:
– playing small
– abandoning yourself
– fear of being “too much”
– fear of not being enough
– old patriarchal conditioning
– hiding your truth

Then safely burn the paper.

Let this be your final shedding.

Afterward:
Go outside.
Touch the earth.
Place your hands on your body.
Breathe deeply.

And ask:
What seeds of greatness am I planting now?
What wants to live now?
What wants to be born through me now?

Wondering what actually happens to you during a sound bath?

Mechanistically, a few things may be happening at once. First, the auditory system is deeply connected to brain regions involved in arousal, emotion, and threat detection, so sound can change how “safe” the body feels.

Second, slow rhythmic sound can encourage slower breathing and sustained attention, both of which are associated with better vagal regulation and calmer autonomic tone.

Third, rhythmic auditory input can entrain neural timing to some degree, meaning the brain and body begin organizing around the external rhythm, which may support downshifting from scattered activation into steadier regulation.

Sound can become a cue for safety. When the body receives steady, soothing auditory input, breathing often slows, attention narrows, and the nervous system has a chance to downshift.

This immersive experience offers more than just relaxation. A sound bath meditation is a full body experience you'll be glad you made the time for. You are your own healer when you provide your body the resources and space needed.

The vibrations of the bowls surround you and in their own way cradle you, making the impossible possible and allowing you to explore your SELF; one of the most important relationships you will ever have. The beauty of a sound bath meditation is that as you relax, when your mind wanders you can always bring yourself back to present moment by following the sound or feeling what is happening in your body. Know that you are held in a safe and sacred space. Your healing comes as you trust in yourSELF to surrender and be vulnerable, open, and willing to allow the energetic shifts to take place. Your body already knows what to do to move what is stagnant and held within your tissues.

Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow—anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.

During this transformative sound bath, you will be cocooned in a soundscape intuitively curated to facilitate deep healing and energetic release. Every Wednesday at 6 PM

This gentle, grounding class is designed to invite your body into a state of deep release and nervous system regulation. Through the slow, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, you’ll be guided into supported postures held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to soften layer by layer.

Unlike more active yoga styles that focus on muscle engagement, Yin Yoga works deeply into the body’s connective tissues — including fascia, ligaments, and joints. This practice helps improve mobility, increase circulation to the joints, and support long-term structural balance while encouraging the nervous system to shift into a calm, restorative state.

As the body unwinds, the mind naturally follows. The slow pace and intentional stillness create space for introspection, emotional release, and deep relaxation.

The final 15 minutes of class transition into an immersive sound bath savasana. While resting comfortably, you’ll be bathed in soothing tones from therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. These gentle vibrations help quiet mental activity, promote parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) activation, and support a profound sense of inner calm.

What to Expect:
• Slow, floor-based postures supported with props
• Long, passive holds to encourage deep tissue release
• Guided cues to help you relax rather than “stretch”

• A 15-minute restorative sound bath during savasana
