In the cradle of our youth, we're woven with threads of fear,
Tales of loss, of endings, whispered in our ear.
From the moment we grasp a mother's hand,
We're taught, subtly, to fear the shifting sand.
Separation, the first sting of existential dread,
A prelude to the ultimate fear, where all life is said.
But oh, to unravel this tapestry of fright,
To see through the illusion that darkens our sight.
Imagine a mind unshackled from such chains,
Where parting is but a change, not eternal pains.
Death, then, not an end, but a transformation grand,
A shift in form, in consciousness, across the land.
To live without the dread of losing or being lost,
Is to dance with life, no matter what the cost.
For in every goodbye, there's a hello to find,
In every death, a rebirth of some kind.
So seek the wisdom that whispers through the ages,
That beyond our fears lie vast, uncharted pages.
Overcome the programming of our tender years,
And find freedom in the face of all your fears.
For in acceptance of the cycle, life and death entwined,
We find peace, a serene heart, a tranquil mind.
No longer bound by the terror of separation's night,
We embrace the full spectrum of existence's light.
