We move from rough waters to deep serenity using a choreographed blend of Deep Belly Breathing, Coherent Breathing, and the 4:2:6 method to systematically lower cortisol and slow the heart rate. The journey culminates in a profound 1-minute empty-lung breath hold, allowing you to touch the stillness of the "void" before releasing it all with a restorative sigh.
