Dominate your Wednesday workout and unleash your strength!
Tire Flips:
Find a suitable heavy tire.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, squat down, and grab the tire's edge.
Drive through your legs, lift the tire off the ground, and flip it over using explosive power.
Repeat for reps or time, engaging your entire body.
Farmer's Walk:
Hold heavy dumbbells, kettlebells, or farmer's walk handles.
Maintain good posture and grip strength while walking a designated distance.
Choose a challenging weight and gradually increase as you progress.
Atlas Stone Lift:
Find an Atlas stone or a heavy, round object.
Squat down, grab the stone, and lift it to your lap.
Drive through your legs, extend your hips, and lift the stone to chest or shoulder height.
Control the descent and repeat for reps or time. Try loading onto a platform or over a bar.
Log Press:
Find a log or an overhead press implement.
Clean the log to your shoulders, grip tightly, and press it overhead.
Lock out your arms at the top and lower back down.
Repeat for reps or time, focusing on shoulder and upper body strength.
Sled Push/Pull:
Load a sled with weight plates or heavy objects.
Push the sled by driving your legs and extending your hips.
Turn around and attach a rope or handles to pull the sled back.
Utilize your upper body and generate power from your legs.
Repeat the push and pull for reps or time.
