Our biggest 9lb 9oz
- Two water births and everyone in upright birthing positions led by intuition 💪🏻

Introducing...Tracey Goddard-Johnson. Tracey is a wife and mother of five children. Tracey was a certified midwife in the U.K for 11 years prior to moving to the U.S. She worked in homebirth, birth center, and hospital settings during those years.

She is also a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) and a Community Resiliency Model Guide (CRM), with the Trauma Resource Institute (TRI).

Tracey is currently working on her certification here in Florida to become a CPM. She goes to CCSM and hopes to finish in 2027. In her spare time Tracey likes to spend time with her family, baking and singing.

Introducing....Christy Lynn, doula and student midwife. She is a mother of four, the wife of an Army veteran, and has spent over a decade supporting families in Brevard County as a doula. Through years of walking alongside mothers during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, she felt a calling to midwifery. As a student midwife, she is deeply committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care to families choosing home birth, honoring each mother with presence, respect, and heart.

Stats we can be proud of!
Awards we got from last year's statistics through ACNM Benchmarking when they compared us to similar sized homebirth practice:

97% on home birth rate (We had fewer transports to hospital).
100% on Breastfeeding rates in first 2 days
96% on breastfeeding rates at 6 weeks PP

Our primary c/s rate was only 9%.

0 episiotomies.

Due to the weather, with cold temperatures and wind possible, we will be adjusting the hours of the brunch to a later start.
We will be brunching on Saturday from 10am to 12 pm. We have bought 2 space heaters to bring warmth. We know you love being by the playground with the kids. 🤗

We are also considering a location change to the IG Center just around the corner from the park.
1590 9th Street SW, Vero Beach
We have a large banquet room reserved in case we need it. Fits 72 adults.

We will make the final decision by Saturday at 8am based on temps, rain, and wind.

In case anyone misses it, we will also have a sign in the pavilion at the park if we need to change the party indoors.

There is just something so special about the relationship a Midwife can have with their clients. In our appointments, its not always just about education (although thats a good chunk of it), we dive deep: we talk over fears, grief, expectations and excitement. By the time a client reaches their 6 week postpartum visit, we feel the impact of their journey for quite some time.
Sometimes, our clients show their appreciation through the sweetest home made treats, cards, and little gifts. We cherish these gestures, feeling like the impact we have on our moms is equal to the impact they have on us ❤️
