My current breakfast fix. Sourdough toast, cottage cheese, pear preserves, avocado, Trader Joe’s chili onion crunch spice. The avocado goes on the toast a bit at a time to make it less messy. What are your fave breakfasts these days?

Walmart has the yummiest bars from their bettergoods line. I tried them for the fiber and bought all 3 flavors because they’re delicious! Tiramisu is my favorite, but lemon and cookies & cream are also very good.
