My fabulously, lovely, and loyal Nia students -

Unfortunately I am going to take a break from teaching Nia at this time.

It has been nothing but complete joy to play, dance, laugh, growl, be goofy, and try new things with you all. It is a gift that I treasure in my heart!

Until we dance again together, may we all keep dancing through life!!
