Be active. Not just informed. Not just present.
One thing COVID quietly took from many of us was active participation.
We learned how to watch, scroll, listen… but not always how to engage.
I see this all the time on my live Zoom calls.
People show up. They listen.
But it can feel hard to ask a question or start a conversation.
Here’s the truth: asking a question opens a door. Not just for you, but for everyone else in the room.
Years ago, I learned about a study that stuck with me.
Participants were told to sit at a desk and wait for instructions. On the way into the room, every single person passed a man standing on a ladder. While they waited, they heard a loud crash outside the room.
Most people stayed seated.
But when one person stood up to check, everyone else followed.
One action woke the room up.
One person gave permission for others to participate.
So I’ll ask you this 👇
Where in your life are you only gathering information… but not engaging?
Ask the question.
Leave the comment.
Speak up.
Participate in your own life.
You don’t just do it for yourself, you do it for the people who are waiting for someone else to go first.
✨ If you’re ready to participate, not just consume…
The 21 Day Reboot starts Monday.
